Our products are carefully packaged in air tight, resalable aluminum foil pouches which are heat, cold and moisture resistant.
What is the shelf life of Nootropics?
Typical shelf life of nootropic powders is up to three years. After three years they tend to lose potency and are not recommended for sale. Our products are never sold close to expiration, and our batches are rarely older than six months.
How do I store my Nootropics?
We recommend that you store Nootropics in dark, moisture free areas. They are best stored in the air tight, aluminum foil pouches that they come in.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Every order is processed within 24 hours after we receive the payment. We ship Monday – Friday and our shipping cutoff is 3 PM (PST).
How long does shipping take within U.S.A?
Our packages are all shipped via USPS Priority mail, and the delivery is guaranteed within 2-3 days. If you are located in California, and you place your order before 3PM, it is likely that you will receive it the next day.

How long does International shipping take?
International delivery typically takes 7-14 days. International delivery depends on several different factors, and for this reason we cannot guarantee it.
What if my package is delayed at customs?
It is unlikely that our packages are delayed at your customs, but if it does happen they are often released within 2-3 days. We make sure that proper paperwork is filed for every shipment, making the custom process a smooth one.
What if my package is seized at customs?
Custom seizures are very rare, and your package will not get seized unless the products are scheduled under your countries laws.
